The Baloch
Liberation Army (BLA) has initiated 'Operation Dara-e-Bolan' in the
Mach and Bolan regions of Balochistan, marking a significant
development in the region's dynamics. Led by elite units including
the Majeed Brigade, Special Tactical Operations Squad, Fateh Squad,
and Intelligence Wing, this armed operation has rapidly escalated
tensions and reshaped the strategic landscape.
Jeeyand
Baloch, the BLA spokesperson, officially declared the commencement of
'Operation Dara-e-Bolan,' urging residents to remain indoors and
avoid highways due to ongoing activities. The operation's outset was
marked by a massive explosion followed by intense gunfire, resulting
in substantial damage to Mach Jail and government buildings.
Reports
indicate that BLA forces have seized control of multiple railway
stations and engaged in combat at strategic locations such as the FC
Commandant’s Office and Jail Colony. Notably, several checkpoints
of the Pakistani Frontier Corps and Military near Mach Cantonment and
Railway Station have been overtaken by BLA fighters, symbolizing a
pivotal shift in control over key positions.
The operation
continues to evolve with relentless explosions and gunfire in Mach
city. BLA militants have executed multiple rocket attacks against
Pakistani forces, exacerbating the already volatile situation.
Transportation disruptions are rampant, with armed individuals
blocking major highways, including the NH-65 national highway near
the Pinjra Bridge area.

The escalation has prompted an increase in Pakistani military presence, with a significant contingent of security forces mobilizing from Quetta to Mach. However, challenges persist due to the lack of electricity and internet services, hampering comprehensive communication and information gathering efforts.
In a recent statement, Jeeyand Baloch asserted the elimination of 45 Pakistani military personnel during 'Operation Dara-e-Bolan,' emphasizing the BLA's resolve and effectiveness. Additionally, several Police and Levies personnel were reportedly detained and subsequently released with warnings against obstructing the operation.
The scale and precision of 'Operation Dara-e-Bolan' underscore its significance in Balochistan's history, highlighting the BLA's strategic objectives and capabilities. Targeting critical infrastructure and governmental facilities, the operation signifies a bold assertion of power and resistance against perceived injustices.
As 'Operation Dara-e-Bolan' unfolds, its repercussions reverberate across Balochistan, reshaping dynamics and challenging established authorities. The evolving situation demands nuanced understanding and proactive measures to address underlying grievances and foster sustainable peace and stability in the region.
